About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Dietitian with over ten years of clinical experience across a range of nutritional specialties within the UK and Irish healthcare services.

My expertise lies in managing medical gastrointestinal conditions, yet my interests have broadened to include the psychological aspects of nutrition. I am particularly focused on how mindset influences behaviour and eating habits. This specialization has led me to work extensively with patients facing obesity, binge eating, disordered eating, and challenges in making nutritional changes. I am dedicated to helping clients understand and transform their mindset around eating patterns, fostering long-term behavioural change.

Additionally, I have a strong interest in nutrition for the ageing population, aiming to enhance their quality of life. I specialize in providing consultations for nursing and care home residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met with a focus on well-being.
